LUNCH - Busy afternoon, had to eat on the go.
Luna Bar - Blueberry Bliss
Small Mango Pineapple Smoothie from McDonald's

AFTERNOON SNACK
Caprese Salad

DINNER
1 cup Fiber One Honey Clusters
1/2 cup 2% milk

PM SNACK
1/2 cup Friendly's lite vanilla ice cream
1 tbl Hershey's chocolate syrup

WATER INTAKE: 48oz      TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE:  1.897
