Food Journal - Friday November 4, 2011

My day started out on the right track.  I knew I was going to my niece's birthday party and had planned to eat my pre-measured dinner at home prior to going to the party, but I instead ate and snacked at the party.  No booze though, so I wasn't too bad, ha!

BREAKFAST
Pumpkin Breakfast Quinoa

AM SNACK
Apple

LUNCH
Mushroom Asparagus Quinoa

AFTERNOON SNACK
Luna Bar - Caramel Nut Brownie

DINNER
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup beans
1 stewed chicken drumstick
4 chicken wings
16 oz Fresca


PM SNACK
approx 20 Doritos
1 slice birthday cake (Happy 4th Birthday, Amiyah!)
1/2 cup ice cream

WATER INTAKE:   48oz     TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE:  2,126
