2 tea coconut oil (spread on top)
1 mashed banana (on top also)
cinnamon
Med iced coffee
1 pkt Truvia
1 Tbl Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mate

AM SNACK
1/4 cup almonds

LUNCH
Cilantro Lime Quinoa
Creamsicle Smoothie

AFTERNOON SNACK
Luna bar - Caramel Nut Brownie

DINNER
Slow cooker "Lobster" Mac & Cheese

went to bed at 8pm with a migraine :(
