Food Journal - Monday 10/31/11

BREAKFAST - (This was not hearty enough for me - I was starving 20 minutes  later)
2 slices whole wheat toast
2 tbl Nutella
1/2 cup sliced strawberries (on top)
cup of coffee
1 pkt Truvia
1Tbl Pumpkin Spice CoffeeMate

LUNCH
Quinoa Chicken Waldorf Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

AFTERNOON SNACK
1 serving beets, sweet potatoes & onions
1 serving Cilantro Lime Quinoa

DINNER
2 slices Little Ceasars Cheese Pizza
12 oz ginger ale


WATER INTAKE:  20oz BAD :(     TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE:  1708
