AM SNACK:
1 slice Coconut loaf (Devil snacks from work GRRRRRRRR)

LUNCH:
3 oz Rotisserie chicken, breast meat only (store bought)
1 apple

AFTERNOON SNACK:
1 pink grapefruit
1/2 pkt Truvia
Luna Bar - Caramel Nut Brownie

DINNER:
1 serving Slow Cooker Maple Chicken with Sweet Potatoes

PM SNACK:
cup of coffee
1 tbl pumpkin spice coffeemate
1 pkt truvia
6 small Maple French Toast French Twist cookies

TOTAL WATER:  48oz    TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 1,533
