BREAKFAST
Yoplait Cherry Vanilla Yogurt (light)

AM SNACK
apple

LUNCH
1 english muffin, toasted
2 tbl Smart Balance Peanut Butter
1 small banana, sliced
4 small pretzel rods

AFTERNOON SNACK
1/4 cup Emerald's Sweet & Salty mixed nuts (Dark Choc/Peanut Butter)

DINNER
1 ham steak
pineapple brown sugar glaze
1 serving Stove Top Stuffing
1 cup green beans (sauteed in EVOO with garlic)

PM SNACK
1 cup Caramel corn

WATER INTAKE:  20oz (POOR)   TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 1,447
