BREAKFAST
Creamsicle Protein Shake

AM SNACK
Luna Bar - Smores

LUNCH
Pressure Cooker Spanish Chicken
1 cup steamed Jasmine rice
1/4 cup diced avocado

AFTERNOON SNACK
baked Sweet Potato
2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
dash cinnamon

DINNER (Although there were left overs and I made tomorrow's breakfast and lunch that I could have ate some of, I was feeling like some cereal)
1.5 cups Lucky Charms
1 cup (vanilla) So Delicious Coconut Milk

PM SNACK - Sweet tooth tonight :/
1 cup Cranberry air popped popcorn with chocolate chips
1/2 cup Friendly's Slow Churned Light Vanilla ice cream
1 tbl Hershey's chocolate syrup

WATER INTAKE:  48oz      TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE:  1,607
